Why Choose a Roof Layover or Re-Cover?
A roof re-cover is ideal when a roof can’t support a coating but is stable enough for a second layer, offering a cost-effective solution without a full replacement.

Suitable Roof Types for Re-Covering:
Flat roofs in good structural condition, such as Asphalt, Built-Up, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and Tar & Gravel roofs, can typically be recovered.
How It’s Done:
A new TPO or PVC membrane is applied over the existing roof, creating a lightweight, protective layer without needing a tear-off.
When Re-Covering Isn’t an Option:
Re-covers aren’t suitable for roofs with water damage, more than two existing layers, or compromised decking. In such cases, a full or partial tear-off is necessary.
